State ImprovementsBefore Abby Grace's Hope was formally founded, our work began. Our first mission was tapping state and local leaders seeking their help in water safety and survival after realizing dire concerns with our State's Water Safety Campaign. Read below to see our formal Call of Action request sent to our State and community leaders:

State leaders responses varied and this letter eventually led to Rachel Warren being requested to participate on the Florida Injury Prevention Advisory Council (FIPAC) specifically under the drowning prevention goal team. She continues to serve in this capacity to address concerns and needed improvements at the state level.
On June 18, 2015, Abby Grace's Hope was advised that the State of Florida will revamp it's water safety campaign to include the Learn to Swim layer of drowning prevention! |
County ImprovementsDevelop and support a county wide Drowning Prevention Task Force
Support and expand current water safety initiatives including Kindergarten Learn to Swim! Expose and address current shortages of water safety instructors in the private sector. And so much more... |
